should be able to walk out of the clinic and continue with the rest of your day as normal.<\/p>\n In most cases, there will be minimal side-effects. Particularly, we urge you to avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area for about a week.<\/p>\n We also advice you to avoid facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasions, etc. for about a week.<\/p>\n If you put too much pressure on the injections early on, it can make the injections spread to areas where it was not intended.<\/p>\n We would also recommend that you avoid strenuous physical activity for about 48 hours, as this can also make the injections move to areas where treatment was not intended.<\/p>\n We also recommend that you don\u2019t wear tight caps or hats, if this puts pressure on the area that was treated. This could potentially make the treatment less effective.<\/p>\n In addition, we urge you to not scuba-dive or fly during the 2 days following treatment. Changes in pressure can potentially move injections to unintended areas.
