That said, some people do experience either:<\/p>\n The good news is that these side effects are normally completely gone within 48 hours.<\/p>\n That said, there are a few actions you should keep in mind, in order to ensure that you get the desired result.\u00a0<\/p>\n We advise that you do not take painkillers, blood-thinning medications, and alcohol for about 2 days after the treatment.<\/p>\n The reason for this?<\/p>\n All of these are blood thinning, therefore they can potentially increase bruising where the injections were made, and they may make the treatments less effective.<\/p>\n Should you be uncertain about whether a medication is OK or not, just ask us. \ud83d\udc4d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=”https:\/\/www.treatmywrinkles.co.uk\/bournemouth\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/12\/after-content.jpg” title_text=”after content” _builder_version=”4.9.2″ _module_preset=”default” box_shadow_style=”preset2″ global_colors_info=”{}”][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.9.2″ _module_preset=”default” text_font_size=”17px” text_line_height=”1.9em” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n We recommend that you do not touch the areas where the injections were made for 2 days. And in addition, we ask you to avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area for about a week.<\/p>\n You should also not do any facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasions, etc. for about a week.<\/p>\n The reason you don’t want to apply much pressure to the injection areas early on, is that this can cause the injections to move to areas where they were not intended.<\/p>\n You can exercise lightly immediately after the treatment, but you should not do any strenuous physical activity for about 2 days. The reason is that this can also potentially shift the injections to areas where they should not be.<\/p>\n Also, we recommend that you don\u2019t wear caps or tight hats, if this applies pressure to the treated area. This could also potentially move the injected material.<\/p>\n A few more things:<\/p>\n We advise that you don’t scuba-dive or fly for 2 days after the treatment. This is because changes in air pressure can potentially move the injections.<\/p>\n And also regarding scuba diving, if you put on a scuba-diving mask where you had an injection, this can also shift the injection.<\/p>\n And lastly, we also recommend that you are cautious with strong direct sun exposure and high heat (sauna, very hot showers, etc.) for 2 days after the treatment.\u00a0<\/p>\n These factors can potentially make the treatment less effective.<\/p>\n In the event you may notice any side effects or concerns from the treatments, please call us as soon as you can.<\/p>\n Other than this, you can continue with your normal life as you otherwise would. \ud83d\udc4d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" After the treatment, you can continue with your day as normal.
